Shows

Every cat has it's own unique personality, no two cats are ever the same.

From time to time, I am fortunate to breed a kitten which I feel is suitable to take to a cat show.  I have achieved some amazing results on the show bench but if a cat is not happy being shown, then I'm not happy and they don't go again.  Others just love to show off and flirt with the judges.

The cat's happiness and welfare always comes first and, whilst I might have plans to show a particular kitten or cat over several shows or show seasons, the cat may dictate otherwise!  Shows are unique experiences for both cat slaves and their beautiful feline companions.

Shows are arranged under one of the four main organisations;

• GCCF - Governing Council of the Cat Fancy
• FiFe - Fédération Internationale Féline
• TICA - The International Cat Association
• LCWW - Loving Cats World Wide (newly formed)

Each organisation operates independently of each other. Shows are run slightly differently and the cats are judged in slightly different ways, but whatever the outcome of the show on the day you always take the best cat home!

Many, many thanks to Annie’s slave John Farnaby for showing this girl and presenting her so beautifully, Forestfriend Annie is TICA Second Best Norwegian Forest Cat Alter in Western Europe 2023.  Such a special girl from such a special litter. I love the looks she gives when she’s not happy with you, when she’s planning her next crazy adventure and when she tells you she wants to play by bringing you the toy she has in mind. Many thanks also for all the pics, videos and updates on this beautiful girl.
